This App is intended exclusively for use by:

• Licensed healthcare professionals
• Medical students under supervision
• Healthcare trainees and residents
• Emergency medical services personnel
• Other qualified medical professionals

2.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

2.3 Licensing and Certification

You represent that you have the appropriate medical training, licensing, or certification to use medical decision-support tools in your jurisdiction.

3. Medical Disclaimer and Limitations

• You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions
• Always follow your institution's protocols and guidelines
• Seek appropriate supervision and consultation when needed
• Do not rely solely on the App for patient care decisions

3.3 Accuracy Limitations

• The App provides AI-assisted analysis, which may contain errors
• ECG analysis accuracy may vary based on image quality and other factors
• The App should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment
• Always verify results through appropriate clinical methods

4. Permitted Uses

4.1 Educational and Training

• ACLS protocol review and training
• ECG rhythm analysis practice
• Educational simulations and scenarios
• Continuing medical education support

4.2 Clinical Support

• Reference during clinical situations (with appropriate supervision)
• Quality improvement and case review
• Documentation assistance
• Team communication and coordination

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the App for:

• Primary diagnosis or treatment decisions without clinical correlation
• Use by individuals without appropriate medical training
• Emergency situations where faster methods are available
• Situations where internet connectivity may be unreliable
• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract algorithms
• Commercial redistribution without permission

6. User Accounts and Subscriptions

6.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

6.2 Subscription Services

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Pricing and features may change with notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable app store policies

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• You are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of patient data

• Some updates may be required for continued use
• Features may be added, modified, or removed

• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
