By downloading, installing, or using the ACLS AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

- Do not rely solely on the App for patient care decisions
3.3 Accuracy Limitations
- The App provides AI-assisted analysis, which may contain errors
- ECG analysis accuracy may vary based on image quality and other factors
- The App should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment
- Always verify results through appropriate clinical methods
4. Permitted Uses

- ACLS protocol review and training

- Educational simulations and scenarios
- Continuing medical education support
4.2 Clinical Support

5. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the App for:
- Primary diagnosis or treatment decisions without clinical correlation
- Use by individuals without appropriate medical training
- Emergency situations where faster methods are available
- Situations where internet connectivity may be unreliable
- Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract algorithms
- Commercial redistribution without permission
6. User Accounts and Subscriptions

- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
